From launching new products to expanding our network, 2024 has been a year marked by significant achievements. The beating heart of our offerings, the Enhanced Payment Gateway, underwent significant advancements in 2024. At the core of these improvements lies our multi-rail payment gateway, a marvel of modern technology that allows businesses to process payments through various channels effortlessly. With seamless integration capabilities, this gateway ensures that transactions are not just quick but also secure and adaptable to teach business's unique needs
Customisation was a key focus this year, enabling our clients to tailor the gateway to fit their operations perfectly. The result? An improved user experience that has set a new benchmark in the industry, making transactions smoother and more intuitive than ever before.
Keeping track of transactions can be daunting for retail chains and large conglomerates. Enter our Reconciliation Tool, designed to bring clarity and control to the financial chaos. This tool has revolutionised transaction monitoring and oversight, improving accuracy in financial reporting and boosting efficiency across the board. It's not just a tool; it's a strategic asset that ensures every penny is accounted for, leaving no room for discrepancies.
In the world of multi-party transactions, precision is everything. Our Split Settlement feature was a game-changer in 2024, allowing businesses to allocate payments to different parties automatically. This innovation simplified complex transactions, reduced errors, and ensured that everyone got their fair share without delays. Whether it’s a partnership or a joint venture, Split Settlement made splitting revenues as easy as pie.
2024 was also the year we unveiled our Aggregator Module, a powerhouse designed to consolidate multiple payment streams into a unified system. This module became an indispensable tool for businesses managing various payment channels, allowing them to oversee and control all transactions from a single interface. By simplifying complex payment processes, the Aggregator Module saved time and reduced the likelihood of errors, enabling businesses to focus on growth rather than grappling with scattered financial data.
For many businesses, invoicing can be a cumbersome process. Enter our Customizable Invoice feature, which transformed how businesses handle billing. This tool offered flexibility, allowing users to create invoices tailored to their branding and operational needs. The streamlined process meant fewer errors, faster payment cycles, and an overall more professional image presented to clients. It became a go-to solution for companies aiming to enhance their invoicing efficiency without sacrificing style.
In 2024, we stepped into the world of events with our Event Ticketing feature, providing organisers with a robust platform to manage ticket sales and payments seamlessly. Whether it was a small seminar or a large-scale festival, this tool made the ticketing process smoother for both organisers and attendees. The ability to handle transactions efficiently and provide real-time updates on sales revolutionised how events were managed, ensuring a better experience from start to finish.
To round out our suite of innovations, we introduced Payment Pages and Payment Links. These tools were a game-changer for businesses looking to simplify online transactions. With a few clicks, businesses could generate payment links or pages, allowing customers to pay quickly and securely. This feature was especially popular among SMEs, who found it invaluable for enhancing customer convenience and streamlining their sales processes.
One of our standout initiatives last year was the Go for Better Campaign. This awareness campaign took a thematic approach to highlight the unique features of Zest. The campaign leaned heavily on animated videos, which resonated well with our audience. These visually engaging scenes brought Zest's offerings to life, showcasing how we make business operations smoother and more efficient.
As the year wound down, we spread holiday cheer with A Very Zest Christmas, a seven-day campaign packed with surprises and insights.
Day 1: We kicked off with our Christmas tree, adorned with symbols of Zest’s innovations, bringing a festive feel to our offerings.
Day 2: A curated list of the five most-read tips from our blog, "The Rind," helped our audience revisit valuable business strategies.
Day 3: We shared a short video clip from our Digital Business Mastery series, encouraging our audience to dive into the full season.
Day 4: We showcased our customisable solutions, like Split Settlement, the Aggregator Module, and Customisable Invoice, all tailored to meet unique business needs.
Day 5: A walk down memory lane with highlights from major events Zest participated in during the year.
Day 6: We celebrated our happiest customers, acknowledging their stories and successes.
Day 7: We wrapped up by spotlighting our dedicated support touchpoints, reaffirming our commitment to excellent customer service.

At Nigeria Fintech Week, our booth was a bustling centre for networking and discovering new opportunities. We were proud to have two of our VPs deliver insightful speeches on platform orchestration strategy and the evolving financial services landscape for Generation Alpha.
Finally, we ended the year on a high note at the Fuze Festival, an event brimming with performances, art exhibitions, dance acts, and a vibrant shopping experience that reflected our dynamic and innovative spirit.
