Does Zest VAS operate on a prepaid or postpaid model?

Zest VAS operates on a prepaid Model where funds in a wallet are depleted per transaction. To fund your wallet:

• Log in to your Zest business portal.

• Navigate to the sidebar and click on "Biller Services”.

• Click on the “Overview” tab.

• Click on “Fund Wallet”.

• Input the amount and click on the “Proceed” button, and a payment gateway page will be displayed.

• Select your preferred payment method (Card, QR, Transfer or USSD) and ensure the account you intend to debit is adequately funded.

• Your VAS Wallet will be funded once the payment is successful.
